닭갈비_DakGalBi
Essentially, dakgalbi (닭갈비) is spicy chicken stir-fried in a large pan, which is often a cast iron pan. Chopped chicken is marinated in a mix of spicy Korean sauce then stir-fried with rice cakes, sweet potatoes, green cabbage, and perilla leaves.
야채 김밥_Yachae Kimbap
This is the most basic kimbap variety available in Korea. While the name indicates that it’s vegetable-oriented, it’s not necessarily a vegetarian kimbap. It does include some processed meat such as Korean-style ham, fishcake, and /or crab meat.
양념 돼지갈비(목살&갈비)_DwaeJi-GalBi
Dwaejigalbi (Braised Pork Shoulder BBQ) is one of the most popular Korean BBQs. When traveling in South Korea you will find BBQ restaurants everywhere.
The kit is made up of pork meat, corn-sauce salads, pickled radish, and wrapping ingredients- lettuces, sliced garlic, and green peppers with Ssam-Jang.

Tonkatsu is a fried Korean fusion dish made with pork cutlets. The meal-kit will serve with Tonkatsu and the following side dishes,

Tteokbokki & Vegetable Kimbap

Tteokbokki is one of the most popular Korean street foods in Korea. Among other things, today’s recipe is made with Korean rice cakes, Korean fish cakes, Korean soup stock/dashi stock, and gochujang (Korean chili paste).
Bossam (보쌈)
Bossam is pork belly boiled in water with some spices (e.g. onion, garlic, ginger and green onion etc.) until the meat is fully cooked and tender then it’s thinly sliced. It’s typically served with lettuce or napa cabbage leaves along with some spicy dipping sauce. Fresh Kimchi salad and shredded radish Kimchi are great with Bossam as well.
Chungmu-style kimbap(충무김밥)
Chungmu kimbap is a unique seaweed rice-rolls originating from Tongyoung, Korea. Plain rice is wrapped in seaweed, then served with spicy radish and squid muchim(salad). Muchim is usually translated into "salad" because it won't be fermented, but really it's a banchan that will be served in smaller portions

Seaweed soup (Miyuk guk, 미역국); Korean seaweed soup is a soup predominantly made with sea mustard also known as brown seaweed. It brings together the strong flavors of seafood from the seaweed, and combines it with some tasty protein with the beef. As with many Korean recipes, many authentic flavor profiles are brought into the soup with the soy sauce, garlic, and of course sesame oil.
